What to Bring

Dallas Weather (May):

The weather the beginning of May is typically warm averaging a high of 84° and a low of 63°. The general area may also feel slightly windy.

Attire:

When planning for this course we recommend dressing in business casual attire.

Supplies:

Course supplies and handouts will be provided.

Laptop or Tablet:

A laptop or tablet are great options for note taking. Power and WiFi are available in the classrooms.

Getting There

DFW Airport

DFW Airport

The DFW airport is just 5 minutes from the course location. Both preferred hotels have shuttle service from the DFW airport.

When you arrive call the hotel at +1-817-601-8280 to request a shuttle pickup. There are multiple hotels of each brand in Dallas so be sure you are going to the Bass Pro Court location at Silverlake Crossings.

Love Field (Southwest)

Love Field is about 20 minutes from the hotels and event center. You will need to request a Lyft or Uber for transportation from Love Field.

Preferred Lodging

Both the Hilton Garden Inn and Courtyard by Marriott share the same location. The hotels are conveniently located across the street from the AOS Institute where the course is being held.

Food and Dining

Breakfast:

A light breakfast will be provided at the Event Center starting at 8:00AM both days.

Coffee and Tea:

Coffee and tea will be provided all day with an assortment of syrups, sweeteners and creamers.

Snacks & Drinks:

An assortment of snacks and drinks will be provided throughout the day including Chips, Protein Bars, Nuts, Sparkling Water, Zevia Sodas, etc.

Lunch:

Lunch will be provided on both days of the course. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please let our team know ahead of time.

Deliveries:

If you need a latte, snack, or last minute item delivered you can use a delivery service like Doordash or Instacart and request delivery to:

The course will be held at the AOS Institute which is easily walkable from the course hotels.

Shuttle:

The hotels will often provide a shuttle to the AOS Institute upon request. You can ask for a shuttle to the American Bank building at Silverlake Crossings. The AOS Institute is located on the first floor of the building.

Driving or Rideshare:

The course location is listed on Google Maps as AOS Institute if you need to add a destination for driving or rideshare.
